Sarah Wittner started her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 2010. After 8 years helping buyers, sellers and renters in real estate moves, she transitioned into education and training, where her "clients" could be found in 19 offices in Central New Jersey. Sarah found great satisfaction, assisting brand new agents to the business, seasoned agents moving over to the company and current Coldwell Banker agents in learning about the systems and tools. Not only did Sarah show them the tools at Coldwell Banker, she also suggested ideas, procedures and out of the box thinking for agents to grow their business. She trained over 1500 agents in 2.5 years and in January 2021 became the Branch Vice President of the Mendham office.
Sarah provides one on one coaching sessions to ensure her agent's personal success, thereby growing the reputation and market share of the entire office. She offers virtual and in office workshops on a variety of topics allowing the agents to remain ahead of the industry standards while growing their business.

Sarah enjoys endurance sports, especially running and cycling. She completed the Marty's Reliable Gran Fondo distance of 107 miles out of Morristown every September for 5 years until it was no longer being organized. Before taking up cycling, Sarah completed both the New York and Philadelphia marathons. She now spends many mornings on her Peloton which she has owned since 2016.
Sarah lives in Randolph, NJ with her husband. Her 2 children graduated from Penn State and Ramapo Colleges and are off and running in their professional careers. The dog Riley, is the only dependent currently still living at home.
