More About Me

Sarah Wittner started her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 2010. After 8 years helping buyers, sellers and renters in real estate moves, she transitioned into education and training, where her "clients" could be found in 19 offices in Central New Jersey. Sarah found great satisfaction, assisting brand new agents to the business, seasoned agents moving over to the company and current Coldwell Banker agents in learning about the systems and tools. Not only did Sarah show them the tools at Coldwell Banker, she also suggested ideas, procedures and out of the box thinking for agents to grow their business. She trained over 1500 agents in 2.5 years and in January 2021 became the Branch Manager of the Mendham office.

Sarah provides one on one coaching sessions to ensure her agent's personal success, thereby growing the reputation and market share of the entire office. She offers virtual and in office workshops on a variety of topics allowing the agents to remain ahead of the industry standards while growing their business.
